Our Story
My name is Javier Rodriguez, founder of Agricultural Efficiency Solutions (AES). I grew up on a small ranch in South Florida, where I learned the value of hard work and saw how development pressures and tough seasons could strain family farms. I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served 11 years in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division and as a Ranger Instructor. Working alongside Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers shaped how I lead: listen to practitioners, simplify complexity, and execute with discipline.
I returned home to partner with the people who feed this nation. At AES, we’re building field-calibrated, causal models that connect soil, weather, genetics, products, and management to real outcomes. We run in-silico trials to prioritize what’s worth validating on-farm—so discovery moves faster, risk drops, and results are measurable. Our goal is to usher in the next generation of agricultural discovery that keeps families healthy, farms profitable, and production sustainable.
